On Easter Sunday, Craig and I took a short walk along the Santa Margarita Trail but we started on the east end. We got different views and experience but one concern the trail was covered with poison oak almost the whole way. We were lucky and careful and didn't come in contact with any. If you do choose to walk along the trail just know and be prepared.
We were delighted and surprised to find water in the river. It is a short and sweet little trail.
