Hundreds of cats without a home among a million people. There are those who care for these strays with food and shelter on the street. I have seen people save the scraps from the dinner plate to feed the neighborhood cats. I have also seen people drive to a parking lot and refill water bowls and food bowls daily.
The cats fend for themselves whether it is catching a bird or digging through garbage or eating fish scrapes.
Some are very skittish and some would love you to pet them.
I don't have the answer but I do know caring is the first step.
Even without a home they are beautiful creatures of God.
