City Creek Canyon is practically right outside my door. Our home overlooks Memory Grove which continues up the road to become City Creek Canyon. It has been a regularly walking path but I had never ventured past mile 1.5.
Today was the last driving day in the canyon for the season. Craig suggested we go, so we did.
The road continues just past 5 miles and then there is a hiking trail which could go on forever I felt. I certainly wanted it to.
Truth be told I think heaven looks like this canyon; it must with the bold colors, the rushing stream, and the peace.
One thing I do know this earth was created and patterned after our previous home in heaven. And it is glorious.
The blessed time of autumn brings me immense joy.
